KUTV – Utah’s Most-Expensive Homes for Sale

The first 35 photographs of the article’s photo gallery are of this property in The Colony. From the article:

Utah Style & Design – Simply Serene

A strip-to-the-studs remodel of this Deer Valley home was done by Gary Francis & Associates and interior designer Paula Berg. Berg said of the homeowners:

They wanted a calming home, one defined by a light, peaceful color scheme, subtle sophistication and a Zen-like ambiance.

Sotheby’s – The Summit House

The Fisher Group described this Deer Valley home as the “ultimate ski chalet.” They continued:

The property is truly one you have to see in person to appreciate the level of detail and finish that is unlike anything the Park City market has seen… it looks and feels like you are walking through a private resort.

Sotheby’s – Barnwood

After this 7500 square foot home on White Pine Canyon Road was built, the owner had barnwood installed in almost every room. Once it was was in, they wanted a more uniform tone, so we painted and glazed all the barnwood. We were very pleased how it turned out.

Park City Home – Bells, Whistles, and Then Some

We painted and stained “Old Town’s newest showpiece” that was featured in the Winter 2019-20 Park City Home Magazine (pages 56-57).  In the article, “Bells, Whistles, and Then Some” it says:

The perfect perch for filming a “Visit Park City” video, your panorama stretches up to Deer Valley and sprawls down Main Street, with Quit ‘N Time in front of your nose.

Park City Home – Higher Ground

This 11,000 square foot home in The Colony was featured in the Spring 2020 Park City Home Magazine (pages 54-55). We did an almost complete repaint of the home in 2016-2017. In the article, “Higher Ground” it says:

Design leads the way in a strikingly modern, multi-generational compound.
