The Summit House – Deer Valley
An amazing Deer Valley house that we painted a few years ago was just listed for sale for $25 million. Pictures and videos can be seen here: The Summit House. We painted and stained the interior and exterior of a house that was recently featured in the Utah Style & Design Magazine’s Photo Friday feature. It was titled: The New Old Town. Is it Time to Re-Stain the Outside of My House?
Now that the snow is disappearing, it is time to consider if your house needs a new coat of stain or paint. While Park City is a beautiful place to live and work, its climate is very hard on house exteriors. Bright sunlight and snow & rain can cause exterior finishes and woodwork to degrade rapidly. At Park City elevations exteriors should be stained at least every 3-5 years.

Utah Style & Design Magazine – “Simply Serene”
A house we painted was featured in the Fall 2017 Utah Style and Design Magazine. The home was originally designed and built by Gary Francis & Associates in the 1980s. A strip-to-the-studs remodel was done by Gary Francis & Associates and interior designed Paula Berg in 2015. The owners wanted “a calming home, one defined by a light, peaceful color scheme, subtle sophistication and a Zen-like ambiance.”
