We did an extensive repaint of this home in The Colony in 2016-17. It was featured in the Park Record’s Spring 2020 Spring Magazine (pages 54-55). In the article “Higher Ground” it says “Design leads the way in a strikingly modern, multi-generational compound.” Built in 2016, the home has 7 bedrooms, 9 baths, and is 11,184 square feet. It is listed for $14,400,000.
