Fox 13 News recently did a story on a house sale price ($25 million) that set a record for a single family home in Utah. This house is an amazing Deer Valley house that we painted a few years ago. Here is a link to the Fox 13 story: Utah’s Most Expensive Home. The news story video is also embedded below. Additional pictures and videos can be seen here: The Summit House.

The house is over 20,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and 11 baths. The Fisher Group says the house is “truly one you have to see in person to appreciate the level of detail and finish that is unlike anything the Park City market has seen… it looks and feels like you are walking through a private resort.”

2018-10-29T16:51:08-06:00October 29th, 2018|Categories: Press, Projects|Tags: , , , , , , , |

We painted and stained the interior and exterior of a house that was recently featured in the Utah Style & Design Magazine’s Photo Friday feature. It was titled: The New Old Town. The home was designed by architect Jonathan DeGray. Scott Zimmerman did the photography for the magazine and said the home “ties into Old Town’s historical mining past with the roof pitch, scale, and warm woods, while at the same time it announces modern credentials with concrete, metal, ample windows and disappearing glass doors.” Scott also said that “the camera-ready quality of the interiors added to the ease of the photo shoot.”

A house we painted was featured in the March/April 2018 Mountain Living Magazine. The architecture was by RKD Architects, the interior design by Erin Martin Design, and construction was by Go West Development. Mountain Living says, “This bold, sculptured dwelling near Utah’s Park City Mountain Resort was created to capture views of the Wasatch Mountains to the west and the Uintas to the north. The result – a house with three distinct structures, each with their own unique view – is awe-inspiring.”

An amazing house we painted (built by Allred Construction) is featured in the Summer 2016 Park City issue of the Western Home Journal – “Reclaimed Retreat.” You can see more pictures below and by clicking here. The article starts:

“The best way to describe this house,” says Bill Engvall, a world-renowned comedian and film and television star, “is by telling you how much I don’t want to leave home. When I’m traveling for work, I always feel like I would rather just be here,” he says, gesturing to the armchair he’s seated in. “A lot of times I just find myself sitting here looking out these big windows at the surroundings and not wanting to be anywhere else.”

What a view it is. Bill and Gail Engvall’s home is situated along the crest of a hill in the Glenwild development in Park City, Utah. The […]

Featured in Spring 2016 Park City Home Magazine

A home we painted on White Pine Canyon Road in the Colony was featured in the Park Record‘s Spring 2016 Park City Home Magazine (pages 50-51). This is an amazing home that has also been featured in Forbes and the Deseret News. The article says, “the owner demanded perfection in finishes and materials, and got it…this home took over 4 years to design and build, but its level of craftsmanship in unparalleled locally. It posses understated elegance in a contemporary mountain estate.”

Unfortunately, we don’t have interior pictures, but it is at least as impressive on the inside. We do have several exterior pictures here.
